RUSS HUDSON, co-founder, is one of the principal scholars and innovative thinkers in the Enneagram world today. He is Executive Director of Enneagram Personality Types, Inc. and co-Founder of The Enneagram Institute. He has been co-teaching the Enneagram Professional Training Programs since 1991, and is a Founding Director and former Vice-President of the International Enneagram Association. He is also co-author of The Wisdom Of The Enneagram, Personality Types (Revised Edition), Understanding the Enneagram (Revised Edition), Discovering Your Personality Type (Revised Edition), and The Power Of The Enneagram (audio tape). He also assisted Don Riso in writing Enneagram Transformations. He holds a degree in East Asian Studies from Columbia University in New York, from which he graduated Phi Beta Kappa.

TIMOTHY MCLEAN, head of The Enneagram Institute Japan and President of C+F Institute for Transpersonal Studies, is a certified Enneagram Institute faculty and IEA accredited professional. He has more than 25 years experience leading seminars and trainings on Enneagram, personal growth, communication, and leadership for business, medical and educational institutions and for individuals. He is a Forum Education resource for the Young Presidents Organization, co-Founder and Advisor for the Japan Transpersonal Association and Adviser for "Kai Mental Clinic". Certified facilitator of The Work of Byron Katie and Holotropic Breathwork. Also trained in Process Oriented Psychology, Zen (ordained) , Hospice counseling and coaching. He holds a B.A. from U.C. Santa Cruz and an M.A. degree in Education from Temple University. Co-author of a book on Enneagram and co-translator of "The Wisdom of the Enneagram" by Don Riso and Russ Hudson.
